Booking & Scheduling
- All clients must provide full and accurate contact details before the clean commences
- All bookings must be confirmed via message, phone, or booking form.
- A minimum of 1 hour is required to secure any booking.
- Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, job extensions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Additional time may be added depending on the day’s schedule and availability.
- Clients must provide accurate information about the property size, condition, and required tasks.
Payment & Cancellation
- Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
- Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, cash, or invoicing.
- Late payments may incur a $15 late fee per overdue invoice.
- If access is not possible upon arrival, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment incur a 50% fee.
- Same-day cancellations or no-shows incur 100% of the service fee.
- Rescheduling is free with more than 24 hours’ notice.
- Travel fee may apply upon booking for locations outside of central Margaret River
Privacy & Confidentiality
- We take photos before and after cleans for quality and protection.
- All client information, property details, and personal data are kept confidential and used only for service delivery.
- We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if: Conditions are unsafe.
Quality Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with any part of the clean: Notify us within 12 hours. We will return to fix the issue at no extra cost.
- No refunds are issued for completed services.
- Standard cleaning includes tasks listed in your chosen package. Additional tasks (e.g., oven, walls, deep cleaning) must be requested in advance.
- We reserve the right to decline tasks that are unsafe, unreasonable, or outside our service scope.
- Property Condition & Pre-existing Damage. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or structural issues
